Only a $75 refundable deposit necessary. The deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable if balance is not paid in full at least 30 days prior to the start of conference.  To guarantee Early Registration pricing, attendee must make deposit prior to the Early Registration deadline and pay balance in full at least 30 days prior to the start of conference; thereafter, Early Registration pricing will be forfeited.  All other cancellation terms apply.
  • Registrations faxed without deposit or payment will not be processed. Conference communications are sent via email.   • Force Majeure
