A limited block of rooms is being held for you and your guests at special group rates which will be in effect, based on room availability, from June 26 to July 2, 2018.  The discounted room rate may be available before and after the conference for those wishing to extend their stay.  Please inquire when making your hotel reservation.

Out of consideration to registrants, children of any age and spouses may not attend the sessions.

Your tuition includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, Certificate of Completion and online access to posted presentation handouts before and after the conference.

  • Reserve your spot now! Only a $75 refundable deposit necessary. The deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable if balance is not paid in full at least 30 days prior to the start of conference. To guarantee Early Registration pricing, attendee must make deposit prior to the Early Registration deadline and pay balance in full at least 30 days prior to the start of conference; thereafter, Early Registration pricing will be forfeited. All other cancellation terms apply.
  • Registrations faxed without deposit or payment will not be processed. Conference communications are sent via email. Tuition discounts are given to groups of 3 or more registering for the complete Main Conference.

Discounts do not apply to the Preconference.. To qualify for the group discount, all registration information must be complete for all group members, payment included and forms sent together. If faxing, list all group members on cover sheet. Subtract the discount from the tuition fee. Groups may not be formed after individual registrations are received.

  • CancellationsA $75 processing fee (“Fee”) applies to all cancellationsCancellations must be made in writing to info@cforums.com prior to Conference start date. Only cancellations received no later than 30 days from Conference start date are eligible for refund, less the Fee. Attendees may apply non-refunded tuition, less the Fee, towards one future Contemporary Forums conference occurring within twelve (12) months of original conference.   No credit issued if future conference tuition is less than original tuition paid.  Attendees who “No Show” forfeit entire tuition paid.
