PRECONFERENCE CHECK-IN will begin on Sunday, April 21, from 7:30 - 8:00 a.m.  If you are also attending the Main Conference, you will receive those registration materials on Sunday as well.  The location of the Registration Desk will be listed on the hotel's event schedule.

MAIN CONFERENCE CHECK-IN is Monday, April 22, from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.  If you attended one of the Preconferences, you do not need to check in again for the Main Conference.  However, if you are registered for the Main Conference only, you must check in to receive your conference materials.  To avoid the rush that can occur on the first morning of the Main Conference, we recommend you arrive early to allow adequate time for the check-in process, enjoy your continental breakfast and be ready for the start of the Main Conference promptly at 8:00 a.m.

SPEAKER HANDOUTS:  Ten days before the conference begins you will receive an email with instructions to review, download or print the handout materials posted by the faculty on the Contemporary Forums website at www.ContemporaryForums.com. The slides will not be printed in the Conference Guide you receive at the conference.  These slides will be replaced 3-5 days after the conference with the slides actually presented at the conference. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE INSTRUCTIONS:   Participants will complete online speaker evaluations for each session attended and then an overall evaluation in order to obtain CE credit and print the Certificate of Attendance. Completion of this process is the attendee's responsibility and must be completed within 30 days after the conference by going to our website at www.ContemporaryForums.com. Detailed instructions will be emailed to you and also available in the Conference Guide you receive onsite.

TAXIS charge approximately $33.00 from New Orleans International Airport to the New Orleans Marriott Hotel for one or two people and. $14.00 per passenger for three or more passengers. Taxi pick-up is on the lower level, outside the baggage claim area.  There may be an additional charge for extra baggage.  Note: Prices are subject to change.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM NEW ORLEANS AIRPORT TO THE NEW ORLEANS MARRIOTT:
Turn left onto US-61 South/Airline Drive.  Take the I-10 East ramp to US-90 BUS/Westbank.  Keep left at the fork and merge onto I-10 East.  Continue onto US-90 BUS W.  Take the exit toward Superdome. Turn right onto Dave Dixon Drive.  Take a slight right onto Girod Street and take the first left onto Loyola Avenue.  Continue onto Elk
Place and turn right onto Canal Street. Make a U-turn. The hotel will be on the right.

CANCELLATIONS:   Cancellations may be made by phone or in writing.   Cancellations received on or before March 11, 2013, receive a full tuition refund.  Cancellations received after March 11, 2013, are assessed a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations received after the conference begins or for "no shows."
