A WELCOME RECEPTION will be held on Saturday afternoon, July 20, from 3:30 - 5:-00 p.m.  Join us for early registration and to enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink and complimentary hors d'oeuvres.  This will be a perfect opportunity to meet our staff, your fellow conference attendees and the faculty, as well as get acquainted with the resort and what it has to offer

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN will begin on Sunday, July 21, from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.  To avoid the rush that can occur on the first morning of the Main Conference, we recommend you arrive early to allow adequate time for the check-in process, enjoy your continental breakfast and be ready for the start of the conference promptly at 8:00 a.m. The location of the Registration Desk will be listed on the hotel's event schedule.

AIRPORT/HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE: The Westin Snowmass Resort provides complimentary shuttle service to/from Aspen Airport.  There is a separate shuttle for the Wildwood Snowmass, however, both properties are very close to each other and you may board either the Westin van or the Wildwood van at the airport.

TAXIS charge approximately $32.00-$42.00 from the Aspen Airport to Snowmass Village.  Taxis are available outside the baggage claim area, or call High Mountain Taxi (970) 925-8294 from the courtesy phones near the luggage carousels.

HERTZ RENT-A-CAR is the official car rental agency for the conference.  Special rates will be in effect throughout the conference, as well as one week before and after.  To obtain the special rates, call Hertz at 800-654-2240. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO SNOWMASS VILLAGE:
From Aspen Airport:  Turn left at airport exit (north, toward Glenwood Springs) onto Highway 82 and travel approximately 2 miles.   Turn left onto Brush Creek Road at the first traffic light and follow signs for Snowmass Village for approximately 6 miles. From here, follow the directions given by your individual condo property.

From Denver: Follow Interstate 70 West approximately 165 miles. Take Exit 116 at Glenwood Springs and follow the signs for Highway 82 (right at first traffic light, right again at 2nd traffic light, onto Grand Ave./Hwy. 82, crossing bridge over Colorado River), toward Aspen. Follow Highway 82 approximately 38 miles. DO NOT turn at the first
sign for Snowmass (note mileage); this would take you to Old Snowmass.  Follow the signs for Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area. Turn right onto Brush Creek Road at the traffic light.  Follow Brush Creek Road for approximately 6 miles. From here, follow the directions given by your individual condo property.

TOURIST INFORMATION is offered by the Snowmass Village Resort Association.  For information on the local area  and  a  calendar  of  summer  events,  visit  their  website  at  www.snowmassvillage.com.  Temperatures  in Snowmass Village in July are in the 80's during the day with lows in the 50's in the evening.  Sudden mountain rainstorms are common in the summer.  We suggest casual, layered, lightweight clothing for daytime, wet weather gear, and a coat or jacket for evening.   A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the conference sessions, as meeting rooms can be cool.

AN ACTIVITIES RESERVATION PACKET from Blazing Adventures is attached. This packet lists the many activities available during your stay.  You are encouraged to pre-register by mail for the activities you choose since some trips fill up early. A registration form is included in the packet.

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations may be made by phone or in writing.  Cancellations received on or before June 10, 2013, receive a full tuition refund.   Cancellations received after June 10, 2013, are assessed a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations received after the conference begins or for "no shows."
